The New Year Attitude

It’s the people that help make your business happen. It’s the people that help make the work flow.
Consider those (employees/clients) who may be in a situation with the economic status of the world. Help them out, especially if they’re a (potential) long-term, good employee/client. If you are able help out in the short run, it could help strengthen your relationship for many years to come. By help, I don’t mean money; assist with things such as invoice flexibility and combining efforts in marketing (think Target & Suave/TidyCat/Clorox and Sunoco/Price Chopper [PDF]).
Remember to do what is right for your business and what truly needs to be done. Reevaluate. Complete an annual report/review of your organization and yourself - it will take five to ten minutes to complete each year. It’s interesting to look back at our 2004 Annual Report and see where I thought things were going, and where CTSC is now.
And finally, don’t forget to take care of yourself.
